XP Returns in Seconds
If a scrim is cancelled — whether by the organizer or automatically due to insufficient registrations — every participant's entry XP is returned to their balance within seconds. There is no claim form, no waiting period, and no manual process. The ledger does it automatically.
Auto-Cancellation Trigger
A scrim auto-cancels at IDP time if fewer than the minimum required teams have registered. The minimum is calculated by the organizer when creating the scrim. Until IDP time, players can register; after IDP time, the scrim is either marked ongoing or cancelled in one step.
XP Coins Are Not Money
XP Coins are virtual participation points scoped to each organizer's community. They are not real money, cannot be purchased, withdrawn, sold, or exchanged for cash. A "return" means restoring the XP entry to your balance in the ledger.
